We are happy to offer a complimentary, virtual consultation powered by OrthoScreening Kit for orthodontic treatment in our office. Simply follow the link below and submit your information and a few photos. You'll be asked about your treatment goals and whether you prefer our Fairlawn or Medina office.

A virtual smile consultation with our Treatment Coordinators and doctors will last approximately 30 minutes. During this initial visit the Treatment Coordinator will review dental and medical history and discuss your smile goal and concerns. Then either Dr. Zach Mellion or Dr. Alex Mellion will review all your images with you and outline the treatment options available to you. After you understand the plan then we will also review the financial details and schedule you to start your treatment!
