Insurance
It is our goal to maximize your insurance benefits and will verify your orthodontic benefits prior to your initial consultation and include it when presenting your treatment plan to you. We accept assignment of benefits from most major insurance companies.
When treatment begins, we will submit an insurance claim to your insurance company for payment. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire or text an image of the front and back of your dental insurance card to our office.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Out-of-Pocket Payments
We accept payment in the form of cash, checks and credit cards.
In-Office Financing
We offer convenient, in-office payment plans with 0% interest financing. We also offer discounts when additional family members begin treatment in our practice.
